《台灣關係法》的三個框架：
台澎領土主權歸屬未定、中華民國政權正在治理台澎、一中政策。
然後美國的一中政策跟中國PRC的一中原則不一樣。
以下情況：
「一中」：中國只有一個（Ａ）
「一中原則」：Ａ＋中華人民共和國政府（政權）是中國代表政府＋台灣是中國一部份
美國的「一中政策」：Ａ＋中華人民共和國政府（政權）是中國代表政府＋我有聽到中華人民共和國政權說「台灣是中國一部份」。
國際社會都承認的是「一中」：世界上只有一個中國。
有15個國家承認中華民國政權是中國代表政府的：世界上只有一個中國，而且中華民國政權是中國唯一合法政府，中華人民共和國是不被承認的中國地方政權。
而其他約180個國家承認中華人民共和國政權是中國代表政府的：世界上只有一個中國，而且中華人民共和國政權是中國唯一合法政府，中華民國是不被承認的中國流亡政權。

了解國家法人格statehood 跟主權國家sovereign state的意義就會知道：
承認 PRC 是中國政府跟中國建交 (180) + 承認 ROC 是中國政府跟中國建交 (15) = 跟中國國家建交的國家 (195)。

如果仔細把 拜登CNN 影片看完而且聽懂，就知道把迫害維族人說成只是不同文化規範的人不是拜登而是習進平。
那段是 Biden 在轉述習近平的話：
